Guildwood Library Grand Re-Opening Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

Toronto City Councillor Paul Ainslie, Toronto Public Library Director of Branch Operations Moe Hosseini-Ara, and Toronto Public Library Area Manager Patricia Eastman cuts the ribbon to the new Guildwood branch after almost 8 months of construction.
